I am so late with this it’s embarrassing, but I wanted to let you know my tactic of doing nothing until my marathon-grade migraine broke helped, and I spent most of yesterday migraine-free. However, in the evening I felt the tightness return to my neck and shoulders and a film of pain start from the top o f my head and move downward. Instead of working on today’s post I dropped what I was doing and took up my familiar residence on the couch. I wasn’t doing so well this morning and ended up taking a several hours’ long nap and I feel much, much better. Follow Friday and the rest of the weekend posts will be up and if I continue my wellness streak Little Big will be back to business as usual next week!
