I would love to post a recipe today but the thought of food at the moment is making me feel ill. I didn’t get morning sickness at all with Isobel really so this is a a new challenge for me. I’m still battling the dregs of my caffeine-addiction migraine and even when I’m able to incorporate it back into my diet there’s no way I can have it in the amounts I used to consume it. So I’ve decided I need to rely more on my good friend tea.
I love tea but my love of coffee usually eclipses my choice of drinks. I want to drink more tea and this is where you come in. Do you have a favorite tea you can recommend? I tend to love really dark caffeinated teas (oolong, especially) so I’m trying to branch out. I’m not crazy about mint or licorice in tea, but other than that I’ll pretty much try anything.
