Scrapbook: School Appropritate

Back when I was librarian I tried to encourage my students to use textbook covers by showing them how awesomely customizable they were. Being a librarian was awesome.

    I miss simple brown paper bag covers. Most schools now require those cloth ones…which are pretty but spendy.

      Really? Our school never required them. We only offered these plain ones because they were a donation.

      Maybe you didn’t! Turlock schools never required it.

    I was one of the few kids who really *liked* making textbook covers.

      I liked it, too! I remember the kids who did end up making theirs always made cool ones.
